Where will they be next season? Defoe. Kone. Pickford. Borini. O'****e. Catts. Larsson. Khazri. Lens. N'Dongle. Bodge job. Mannone. Cant be bothered with the rest.

Defoe capped his return to the England set up with the opening goal in Sunday’s 2-0 World Cup qualifying win over Lithuania, which is likely to increase his desire to leave the Stadium of Light if the worst happens. The veteran striker is well aware he needs to be playing regular Premier League football next season if he is to be in with a chance of playing in one last World Cup in Russia in 2018 before he hangs up his boots. That looks unlikely with Sunderland as things stand, with the Black Cats currently seven points adrift of safety, and rivals clubs are starting to circulate. Former club West Ham United are keen to take him back, and reports also suggest Cherries boss Eddie Howe is keen to take him to the Vitality Stadium if given any encouragement. Defoe has fired home 14 Premier League goals this season and there is sure to be more clubs throwing their hat into the ring should he become available in the summer.
Defoe. West Ham Kone. Everton if they still give a **** about him? Pickford. Could be literally any of the current top 7 depending on other movements. My guess... Liverpool. Hopefully on loan back here. Borini. Italy O'****e. Sunderland Catts. Sunderland physio table Larsson. Anywhere but Sunderland, please... Birmingham? Khazri. France Lens. China N'Dongle. Hopefully Sunderland Bodge job. Unfortunately Sunderland Mannone. Italy
Defoe. West Ham Kone. Palace Pickford. Man City Borini. Roma O'****e. SAFC Catts. SAFC Larsson. Helsingborgs (Swedish team, sp) Khazri. Real Betis Lens. Fernebache N'Dongle. SAFC Bodge job. SAFC Mannone. SAFC Not that exotic really.
Sam loves Kone so perfectly possible. Think Borini will end up back in Italy. Think he's played at Roma before.
Look at the mney we should be getting for them (and add Lens to the list as well) Defoe. £10m (will get probably £5m cos of his age) Hopefully anywhere but West Ham! Kone. ££18m Palace or Everton Pickford. £20+m if there's a bidding war City (PLEASE not Liverpool) Borini. £10m Italy Larsson. Out of contract I believe Khazri. £10m Torquay or Italy Lens. £13m Torquay Without Pickford going, that's almost £60m That's honestly what I think we'll get for the players - although the Kone one is a stab in the dark as that's what we've already turned down I've got no problem with O'Shea staying either - he's never going to be a world beater but he's a decent defender and communicates well with his team-mates
Defoe - Spurs Kone - Everton Pickford - Man City Borini - Italy O'****e - Sunderland Catts - Burnley Larsson - Sweden Khazri - France Lens - Fenerbache N'Dongle - Swansea Bodge job - Hopefully not Sunderland! Mannone - Italy
You're optimistic!! We'll get nothing for Defoe as he has a release clause that he can leave for free if we're relegated (rumuoured clause). Borini and Khazri - be lucky to get £10m between them, they've hardly set the world alight this season, same for Kone, be surprised if we get more than £10-12m.
See I see all of those players as being as good as Wijnaldum and Sissokho - but I also see the main issue with SAFC and what we've done in the past - sell cheap every time! We don't ask for enough for our players (I heard Defoe has a release clause but it was fee related but I guess we'll see when the time comes) Ross McCormack has pulled in over £10m in his last 2 transfers - never kicked a ball in the premier league - and I think Borini is a better player than him without a doubt - I also think Borini and Khazri are better than Wickham who went for £8.1m - Rhodes has also pulled in around £10m too - this is what I'm basing my fees on - I don't think it's optimism or unrealistic at all when you look at the amount that players are going for
Defoe. free Kone. £10m Pickford. £20m Borini. £5m Larsson. free Khazri. £5m Lens. £5m I'd say we can realistically expect to get the above amounts. Maybe optimistic on Pickford, depends how the rest of his season pans out. Hopefully he will also come back on loan. Still gives us £45m to spend which isn't too bad I guess but won't exactly make us "big fish" with the money flying round in the Championship these days.
