To much of a £1 shop mentality in this city. Good job it wasn't the League Cup Final with 32,000 tickets we wouldn't have shifted them
What's embarrassing? Selling all the tickets? The way the club did things in stages meant it never was going to be mad hysteria on the streets of Hull, with massive crowds pushing their way to the front to get the tickets for Wembley.
What is embarrassing ? The fact we didn't sell them online ? I suppose you could say that but every season ticket holder has had a chance to get a ticket and we've sold them all
I suppose you are still upset by making a fool of yourself by accusing me of saying you can turn up at Wembley and buy tickets at the ticket office for the FA Cup Final when I was talking about buying a ticket from a tout - a fact understood by all sensible people. For the Semi Final I had a lot better tickets than I got for the Final despite the Final tickets being the best category given to the club and the Semi Final tickets were a category below. By all means continue with your obsessional insults. You just look silly.
Can you imagine what a nightmare it would have been for Arsenal if they had to use a ticketing system like ours.
I agree. I was behind the goal in the lower tier v Sheffield but the view I had in 2008 from the gods was much better for a cheaper ticket. For this reason I opted for upper tier this time. There will be some **** views on row 6 near the corner flag along the side at £115. Better off paying £45 in the upper tier behind the goal.
The first 10 rows at Wembley are awful view They should have built it like in Germany where the first row is six feet high
I didn't realise it was April Fools Day. Heard on radio this morning that City fans had 'until 12.00 o'clock today' to buy their Wembley tickets. Does this mean that no more tickets will be available ? Because that's the impression the report gave.
