The main topic was NI payments being raised.
Makes no difference to the majority of self employed ,all i and others shall do is add it to the bill of the customers served same as any increase you have to find its handed over in one form or another.

Shame you might have been able to swing the questioning to Sunderland AFC - I used to work with the person asking the opening question.
It was a good QT but why are the re moaners keep scuppering Brexit along with, imo, the deluded SNP - democratic vote of UK was out - SNP are in the UK - man up and :emoticon-0127-lipss

Correct the self employed will not loose out
Many self employed on a low income don't pay tax
Infact they pay very little to the government

a no choice option there ,if i contract for a firm many now take the tax at source at 20% then its up to you to try and retrieve it back by submitting a return (100% true and accurate of course) no sick pay,no holiday pay ,no overtime rate ,just freedom ,always had my own vans etc nothing on hire ,everything we own ,we own ,i owe nobody anything thats a fact,i snapped my achilles tendon a while back i was told if i produced all my books for the last five years and if all was dandy i would get £24 a week after medical assessment ,bearing in mind i was in a cast from toe to knee, i got up and walked (limped) away , never to bother them again, i do love QT pity it couldnt be earlier in the evening, nealy always late for my paper round on fridays lol

Let's not pretend a lot of SE play the system anyway. Our friends had some work done just before Christmas £24 grand. He wanted it in 3 installments, the first £8 grand by bank draft into his works account, the second into his sons account and the third into his daughters account. They did know the bloke like.
