I think in many respects the teams coming up this year are not as strong as the teams that came up last year, QPR need a result at Wigan and Everton. Generally teams that don't win win in their first 4 or 5 games tend to struggle. The last thing you want is to start like Portsmouth have the last two seasons,
Wigan's first two games last season... (H) to Blackpool lost 0-4, (H) to Chelsea lost 0-6. They stayed up. You can put that straws picture up again
To be fair, you've still got time to sort out your problems and you can also use the case with Stoke, Bolton beat them 3-0 in their first game in PL for how many years, and then a couple years later they bite us back in the arse by beating us 5-0 in the FA Cup Semi-Final! I'm sure you'll do ok, though I'd be worried with the current line-up as we usually win like 3-2 or 2-1, not 4-0. We hadn't kept a clean sheet for a long time until that game :/
