If you looked at the stats for the Vikings-Panthers game you would assume that the Panthers have a healthy lead. You would be staggered that there is only 2 points in it.
Yay! After the first quarter, I thought we were going to be annihilated, but what a second half! And we're on Monday next, which I'm not too upset about as with it being Wembley week, I wouldn't have been able to watch us if we were on Monday at 6 or 9 anyway.
Stunned that the Vikings won tonight. Are we going to be considered for serious Superbowl contenders now?
Tannehill and the Dolphins just got away with the most ridiculous fumble! Missed field goal for the win by the Browns.
Superb win it has to be said. Defense holds all the keys- it's tough to win the Super Bowl with that alone, so I guess it comes down to just how far Bradford and this offense can grow through the season. If I look at someone like Denver or Seattle, both I consider elite defensive teams, just have a bit more in attack than the Vikes (especially Denver with Thomas and Sanders) but hey what a start! You just blunted Cam and the Panthers- that's some effort.
Tell you what, this kid playing QB for Phili looks an excellent acquisition. He always seems to have that one thing you can't buy as a QB- time. Sign of a really good player IMO.
that hustle from Wentz when game was 3-13 in early 3rd qtr to pick Sproles for 73 yard TD - Game's turning point. Rodgers like.. Hope & happy after last 3 years of hurt - up the Eagles.
