Minnesota are at 1:30am? Oh ffs. With the two consecutive weeks they're playing midweek, I'm barely gonna see them live this season.

Seeing as the Vikes are on at ridiculous o'clock... are there any particular games I should watch? I might watch the Jags as they're my second team, or the Steelers as they're my gf's team.

Mate if you can, get yourself some Red Zone coverage- it's like the NFL version of what Gillette Soccer Saturday is- only better as you get to see the great action as it unfolds in ALL games.

It's been awesome to educate me over the past couple of seasons.

Personally eyeing a Miami Dolphins shock win over a Brady-less Patriots- the Dolphins really should have beaten Seattle last week (on the road!) and I fancy them to pull of an upset.

On a personal level I'm interested to see how this Niners defense fairs against the Panthers powerhouse, I was impressed with the Niners last week but we have to be very wary of how bad the Rams might be, and i do think the time to catch the Panthers is early- they will finish strong IMO and are my favourites for SuperBowl regardless of this first couple of weeks.

Always love a couple of dodgy defense teams and NY Giants should host a pretty awesome shootout with New Orleans! Expecting plenty of points in that one. Fancy NYG to win that about 50-30 or something <laugh>

I'm almost afraid to say it but Matt Stafford almost looked like a leader last week in an awesome Detroit Lions performance and they might be dark horses for a good season. Really like Ameer Abdullah for them at RB.

Plenty of great action and hard to pick one game but the top clash has to be those improving BENGALS up against Big Bens STEELERS. Fancy the Bengals to edge this one if there is no Le Veon Bell around. These two both have big play off ambitions and it's a good face off in week 2.

Agree with most - execpt Lions being contenders.
Lions almost threw away last week game at Indy against Secondary D made up of Trespassers.

I've watched the Red Zone and I do like the way it flicks from game to game, so it's like a constant barrage of touchdowns and fieldgoals... However, I prefer to focus on one game as then you get the build up.

I loved the Red Zone at Wembley though. Every now and then during pauses in play, they'd show touchdowns from various games, with a deep voice beforehand going "Steelers... Panthers", and you wouldn't know who scored and everyone would look around at the board. Then you'd get various people around the crowd who were fans of those teams cheering. Unfortunately the Vikings were never playing at the same time as the Wembley game, and now that they've moved the kick-off to 1ish, then that's obviously over now... but tbh, the practicalities of having the game finish earlier makes it preferable even without the Red Zone.

Sunday 1 PM is for Redzone.

TNF, SNF, MNF are for nuances of single game & focused watching.
