Why are we playing Yeovil at home? Does this mean they're a bigger club then us? No real major test for the players.

Yeovil at home is disappointing. Not West Brom again! Oh well. Im interested to see who we face in Portugal.

To mount any serious challenge for promotion I think you have to hit the ground running and be at the top of your game from the first fixture. I can't help feeling, and taking Pulis's mob out of the above list that we will start the season undercooked, playing Bath City away with probably not a full strength siide leaves a big step up if we find ouselves away to the likes of Pompey or Wigan on the first Saturday.

I think it's more about fitness than the type of opposition. DC's team have always done a great job at preparing the lads, so I'm sure we'll be fine. We have had some tough openers for the past couple of seasons, but they would have been tough games whenever we had played them.

Impressive that they have this already sorted.

Pre-season is about one thing - getting ready for the first league game.
