We are in the 10m-15m range now. Buying for less than 10m is small for us now . This summer i think we will spend 75m to 80m Net with 5/6 in and out .
Niang going to Everton for 16-18 million. Bound to score against and look world class (mind you probably be played in his natural position)
I am sure if he isn't happy in Madrid we can offer the bloke a nice pad in London. Not sure about the taxes though (and footballers wonder why people think so little of them as people!?) http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40302296
I would think he has little knowledge of tax and puts himself in the hands of his advisers.Given the dubious nature of football finance it would hardly be surprising if the trusted advisers sailed extremely close to the wind. Perhaps they should be investigated.
Kenedy coming back? https://theshedender.com/2017/06/ta...to-make-attempt-to-re-sign-chelsea-full-back/
Looks like Marco has been putting a list together of players he wants.. Bit of a change to how the Pozzos work
http://www.football-italia.net/104297/watford-offer-€5m-taider Saphir Taider. I seem to recollect interest in him a couple of seasons ago - but at €5m he must surely just be as a back up?
Anyone think that as we had an agreement to buy Niang that we could earn out of any sale of him over the 13m we agreed? Maybe help with a purchase from the buying club? i.e. Gibbs from Arsenal if Niang went there? Just a far off thought that occured to me due to how the Pozzo's operate...
My guess that the answer is no. It would be written into the loan agreement that we could buy him for a certain price, not that we would get anything from an additional amount Milan received from another club purchasing him for more. If Everton purchase him, the only way they would is by waiving what we still owe for Cleverley.
http://www.hertfordshiremercury.co....lan-transfer/story-30397664-detail/story.html Another Brazilian. I keep asking myself - what about homegrown players?
Re; home-grown - I'm guessing the fact that Pickford went for £30m, Maguire for £17m, the Pozzos still don't see much value Saying that... there has been a rumour all weekend that we might be signing Will Hughes for £5m Would be nice if we could still have a home spine down the team....
And another that says we are looking at Josh Tymon of Hull - although Liverpool and Stoke are too. He's never had a professional contract, which I assume means that he'll be available relatively cheaply.
I don't know of course, but I do sometimes wonder if the scouting network that is extensive does actually do much work in the UK. If you read about the "control room" with the banks of video recorders, the access to games across the world, etc it seems to concentrate quite heavily on South America.
Can't say I know too much about him, but sounds more like one for the future. Wouldn't mind us going for the left back, Robertson, but then think a few bigger teams will be as well.
I don't know that much either, other than he made a dozen appearances for Hull in the last half of last season and impressed.
Ok thanks Sounds a prospect then, and extremely poor management by Hull if they haven't signed him to a pro contract
http://www.hertfordshiremercury.co....oshua-brenet/story-30398131-detail/story.html Would be a first - a Curaçaoan player...
Who was that guy Cardiff 'stole' off us? Sounds similar in terms that we likely have inside information about his contractual situation due to Silva whilst before it was Mackay with the inside info.
