Planning for the Championship. Just a few of the threads after Burnley. But. You stopped pissing yourselves yet ya fannies? ****ing doom mongers. Quick to shout in the gloom. Very little when its positive. Say hello to our little friends.
They're just attention seekers I think. If anyone should know it's not over till last over, it's Sunderland fans.
Never say die, especially when we are in amongst them. Players to come back from injury as well, eventually. I think Moyes has done a very reasonable job considering his hands have been tied behind his back.
The difference between the two displays is remarkable considering they were only 48 hours apart. How can you go from Sunday league stuff to competing with a PL title contender? That's Sunderland for you.
That performance was like chalk and c cheese compared to Burnley mate and if we can turn in performances like that each week, then we'll have no worries. Here what you bare saying like, but then again, we've always had the miserable ****s who revel in misery eh?
Derby - 29/03/08 (32 games) Leicester - 06/04/02 (34 games) Portsmouth - 10/04/10 (33 games) Sunderland - 12/04/03 (33 games) Sunderland - 14/04/06 (33 games) So date wise and number of games it's Derby (and - as a "silly stat " guess which other PL team they took 4 of their 11 points from?)
Yeah spot on welder - Sheer stupidity and I came out after the Burnley game saying that I still had hope (albeit a little less than before it) Who wouldn;t have been fairly content with a point from the last 2 games? Not many!
I never missed a game home or away in the 15 point season and only missed 2 away trips due to breaking my leg in the 19 point season!! ****ing diabolical we were and far worse than this season or the previous ones I was talking to Rooch about! You know the answer to my "silly stat" question?
There's a long way to go mate. If we play as we did against Burnley then we are doomed, however if we turn in performances like yesterday then we'll have no worries. Remember that team yesterday was more or less a makeshift team as well, there's more to come yet.
In his best position, which isn't RW perhaps. Maybe he's had a fall and knocked some sense into himself.
A lot more content if we had got the point at Burnley as it would have been worth a lot more to us, if you know what I mean.
