As much as I rate him as a young player that could be brilliant, I have to agree

It sounds as if they are desperate to try and move him on and for the fee that has been quoted of around £3-5m then its basically petty cash

They are a good side, just been pulled back to 1-1 by a pen that wasn't a pen, but they play some really smart, fast moving stuff.

We don't know mate. Napolia are cash rich after offloading Cavani so you'd expect Velez to push the price up but not after something's already been agreed.

Especially as we could already have signed him. Surely Napoli would have been out off? Unless it was all a delay from peruzzi as he knew Napoli were coming knocking.

 

I still believe he will sign for us! We asked Velez to put him on a recovery regime. Also this would account for the lack of additions in the right back position. I'm positive about this! 👍

 

I`m completely baffled by this.
I thought the Peruzzi deal was cancelled by PDC after the medical showed the injury. Didn`t he say at the time he wanted players who were ready now? Can`t afford to wait like other clubs etc?
Now it seems there`s a 2 month rehab program but, if that was 1 month ago wouldn`t it go past the window?
Got me beat this one.
