Just trying to spread some fear and black death amongst the Tottingham fans. Might even post it on their board to draw out HIAG for an hour or so of fun.

You think all this because we dont have a sponsor for naming rights yet? Maybe Levy is asking silly money, good man, so he should. I believe we will get a top sponsor. The stadium has already secured an contract to host an NFL game there on a annual basis...thats money, publicity etc from that. We just splashed 30 million in the last minute of the last transfer window...I don't think we are being strangled by Darth Levy as much as people like to believe.

Sounds like a pearl of wishdom to me.

Yeah but the reputation is ill founded as gets demonstrated again and again when people do try to pull a fast one and end up with their pants around their ankles. Its obviously not all about the money, hence us selling Modric for less than we could have had and Levy offering Berba to City for 7 mill less just to shaft United, as Fergie said himself.

So a perception it may be, but a wrong one. Apart from that Spurs sell and buy as much as anyone else and Levy does a grand job of putting Spurs first within reason.

Spurs are a very well oiled machine on and off the pitch, maybe not perfect...but its looking good.

You'll just have to try harder to land Kane and Alli because they won't be given away lol.

You can't have it both ways mate. The reason West Ham will probably get less money for Payet is bcos everyone knows he wants away. That's why Real paid less for Modric. That doesn't prove you're not going to sell a player if a fat offer comes in for one of the four I mentioned earlier.

The point is that either the club or the money will turn the head of either your players or your Chief Exec. The only reason you haven't sold for a couple of years is because neither of those things have happened. We'll see what happens when you get tested again.

    Not wanting it both ways!

Fat offers are fat offers, you sold the the best player in the world, or at least someone with that potential, why? Because it was his dream? Lol...80 million reasons why...so much success yet the next best thing since sliced bread wanted to go somewhere else. If you are not ticking the box the player wants ticking it doesn't matter who you are, he's off.

Players heads turn regardless of who they play for. City waved the cash, Tevez said bye bye too.

Ronaldo leaving is not the norm though is it. And Tevez going to City was down to Fergie not wanting him so he left.

I'd say in recent times United, Chelsea and City are probably the only clubs that haven't sold the players they needed at their peak. Then you have the rest, who all have a varying degree of reputation for doing so.

Times are changing and have changed. Are you United fans willing to accept that? Don't work like that anymore bro.

Chelsea are a massive selling club btw.
