L’Equipe claims that Stoke City have become the latest club to make an offer for Auxerre starlet Paul-Georges Ntep. The forward is also on the radar of Queens Park Rangers but reports in France suggest that Rennes remain the favourites to secure his signature.

Indeed it all going well and to plan... because we are shaping to stay in the top league in world football ... Sad to say but outside this league there will be little life and we will have to buy success .... only way so Ntep if he came would get replaced if he doesn't do it.

Yes, local media says QPR was the destination but Rennes rised a lot his bid, it says Rennes is the first in the "race" but now, the choice is up to Ntep and his agent. End in the afternoon.

EDIT : There's nothing about Stoke City, it's only between Rennes and QPR I think.

NTEP....(2/2) most reports this am say Rennes but that info dates back to yesterday. Rennes have & still are pushing hard for signature #QPR

Having read all the moaning and griping on this thread, I would like this forum to adopt a new, all encompassing rule, which states that no one is allowed to talk about QPR on this forum........at all..........ever!!!!

"Ntep will sign in Rennes a contract of 3 and a half year. He will spend his medical visit tomorrow morning. Transfert is around 6M€."

QPR was first but when Rennes rise their bid, QPR "did nothing" :/

We may have missed out on a lower half of Ligue 2 striker and a non goal scoring Algerian perma loanee because we have an idea of their value and won't get into silly games anymore. Nothing to worry about.

At last, you've seen the light!

Should be watching a colts rugby match in Chipping Norton on Saturday, if the deluge permits. I'm assuming there are very few tickets left for Burnley, but if the rugby is cancelled may go for the decide on the day last minute attendance, which was fun for Huddersfield. Think I'll be back on for an ST next season, whatever league we are in, the boy should be away at Uni then.
