Apparently at FF now to complete his move to Goodison from Locomotiv Moscow.

    Fee supposedly £13.5m

A quick striker who's bagged 13 in 23 this season, including 4 in 6 in the EL.

Never heard of him, let alone seen him.

    Thoughts?

Not sure why we have bought him! We have no trouble scoring.Martinez needs to shore up the leaky defence before anything else!

I I were an RS I would be crowing about how many times I had watched him play for Kiev and how he is the quick and mobile forward we need.

And I fear he will be as big a flop as Aspas, Borini, Carroll, Balotelli etc

Martinez record on signings at Goodison has been good so far (barring Alcaraz ffs)

None of us had heard of Funes Mori either.....so I'm prepared to give him the benefit on this one.

I doubt he'd have put his name to a £13.5m transfer if he wasn't sure this lad could cut it in the PL and could bring something to the squad.

Cleverley was free and despite being a bit meh, is a decent squad player.

    Alcatraz was free!

The price means nothing if you are not at the standard required

    Alcaraz was an absolute abomination.

Cleverley is alright, he does a job.

How do you know, he has never played in the premier league. He could be a flop like Borini, Aspas, Balotelli, Lambert etc

He's scored one goal less than Benteke this season, from far less starts and playing wide right , most of the time.

    Wum fail

Benteke was £32.5m you flute. Kone cost less than Apas and about half a Borini. <laugh>

What matters is the present btw and the FACHKTS are that he's got 1 goal less than your £32.5m man this season, and he's been alright.

Oh and he's scored the same number of goals (in less appearances) as that Brazilian flop you paid £29m for last summer.

Come back when you've got some game mate ;)

love how everything is about price, money in football means feck all. it's a figure, just like age.

if you have the money you spend it, the fans of clubs that don't have money to spend will use it as an excuse for other clubs that spend big

come back when you reach a cup final, 'mate'
