    Yesterday Chamberlain was interesting Barcelona.
    Today he is interesting AC Milan.

    Also according to the Daily Star, Daily Mail and The Sun didn't they report that Chamberlain was on his way to Arsenal on the last day etc...

    Total BS from these papers, ignore the gossip of the lad

    He seems to be flavour of the month at the moment with the papers.

    I think since January he's been linked with: Man Utd, Arsenal, Man City, Liverpool, Fulham, Barcelona and now Milan.

    It's almost "Southampton's Alex Chamberlain is interesting <INSERT CLUB HERE>"

    The Milan link is poor. They were supposedly watching him at the U21s game. What do you expect it was England U21s vs ITALY U21s.

    Id expect nothing more than Milan Scouts to be at the game but how do they really know who they were there to watch!.

    Milan scouts are probably watching the Italian kids. Its most likely that them and Chamberlain being there at the same time was purely coincidental.

    Young, English players are expensive enough for English clubs, so I can't see a foreign club payng the going rate for a player that their country has no obligation to develop. When he's matured as a player, he could go abroad and good luck to him, but for now it's just a silly rumour.

    Where do these papers get these stories from. Scout from Milan <doh> we were playing Italy at the time. They had a chance to eye up about 26/7 players that night. Chamberlain did OK but nothing outstanding and he did miss a sitter I gather......So ......My nipper may play this weekend, they will have some Italians looking them over......Oh forgot they are lecturers from the university......Don't tell the mail he will be in the headlines <laugh> they must be hard up for something to print.

    The daily fail is linking Oxo to every club alphabetically. they are up to M with Milan, so once they have got to Zeebrugge FC they will go back to Arsenal!
