He has an incredible scoring record since joining Grimsby this season. I think Bignot sold him there from Solihul before joining him as manager! It would be a lot higher risk than signing Taylor from Bristol Riovers, but a lot cheaper. £1 million may be enough. We could certainly do worse.

I watched him play a lot for Solihull as I live up here.....and I could never understand how a player who looked as lazy and lethargic as him most of the game could score so many goals. It's a big step up for him and I don't think he's up to it. Sorry.
