Surely, if found guilty, this is "gross misconduct" and we can fire him? We cannot have idiots like this at our club in the new Holloway era
How gross does a gross misconduct have to be in football? If he was playing out of his skin and a valuable squad member you might cut him some slack but he's a Grade 'A' arsehole whose contribution to the team is zero and he does nothing but make a complete prick of himself time and again...
The guy has some serious issues, maybe the kindest thing would be for the club to organise some rehabilitation for him........he's going to end up as another guy who had a talent that could have given him a life time of riches yet is unable to to see the bigger picture and will end up as another unless waster.........
What's he actually been arrested for? It doesn't mention him driving or being in charge of a vehicle. It just said for failing to provide a specimen.
And I have helped members of my staff in the past deal with alcoholism just like Rangers should do with Caulker .Ollie was there when Carlisle had his issues .
Sad. After his trip to the Caribbean (I think) helping under privileged kids, I thought he was coming back with a clear head and for a fresh start. He did for a bit but not sustained.
I totally agree with you the man needs help, he is a class player when he gets his head right, it can't be that bad at rangers
