Oh Dear....Poor Jose...and other matters....

His Man Utd have had to travel to deepest Russia to play Rostov in the UEFA cup tomorrow night and he's complaining about the state of the pitch, apparently there's not a lot of grass on it, it kind off resembles the Newport pitch in this picture. Not sure what he expected in Russia at this time of year. Should be interesting to see how the pampered brats get on, but if these players are genuinely as talented as we're constantly told they are they should be capable of playing on any surface.......

Another thing that caught my eye.....Bayern could face punishment for a paper protest last night about the price of tickets......Good for them, it's about time the greed of UEFA and clubs was exposed.........the only difference from the old days of toilet rolls being thrown is that it looks like they used till rolls instead....

Mmm.................I suspect that if QPR were due to play an important European tie on a pitch like that, we would all be on here screaming blue murder!

 

When I was a kid we used to nick the bus conductor's ticket rolls for that purpose.

 

Well the chances of that happening are slim to none for the foreseeable......

Maybe they're just getting their excuses in early..........pitches like that are a great leveller...

 

That takes me back, I had forgotten all about those rolls that the bus conductors had........

 

They should get a nine goal deduction fine that would suit arsen

I'll admit to not particually liking Mourinho but admire his record as a manager.

I see an awful lot of anti-Man Utd feeling on here and I've never got it.
