Oh dear what? Pretty obviously joking, both parties were laughing. Nothing at all sexist in anything he said. Dr Rosana just needs a good ****ing to cheer her the **** up. *now THAT is sexist*
I don't think Moyes was being sexist - he was basically saying that, "just because you're a woman won't prevent you from getting a slap." If anything, he was being the opposite of being sexist! What is unacceptable, however, is the fact that he should be using the threat of violence against an official FULL STOP! He's basically saying to an FA official, "Either you watch yourself, or you will be beaten up!" How on Earth does that make him fit to be the manager of any club, let alone a Prem club? The FA should throw the book at him for this.
... it was going well up to the bit where you failed to realise that he was speaking to a BBC reporter and not an FA official
If they throw a book at him doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose? Not sure you've thought this one through HIAG
I'm not, really, Chief. But I am very much of the view that, if you are going to express an opinion, don't sit on the fence. Sometimes, I'll go with an opinion just for the sheer hell of it! ****s and giggles, mate.
BINGO! You win the prize, Fosse! Well done, and well spotted! How the hell can I maintain a stance of faux moral outrage if the facts don't support my argument? In such circumstances, I find it best to ignore the facts and go with the flow, mate.
"Rattled" is a term that is very much over-used on this board, Chief. I am not even "slightly miffed." Honest.
Calling it sexist is laughable! So, it's alright to threaten to give somebody a slap so long as you treat both sexes equally! Which, it seems, is what Moyes was doing.
I wouldn't worry about it, even if some people are upset by it, to be honest. He won't be doing too many more MOTD interviews in the near future, will he?
