Just want to throw my hat into the ring for the job, as I will be on most of the time anyway, with me being at Uni.

I pretty much know who are the annoying ones and know when banter is just banter.

I am more than willing to put up with the rubbish that people will throw my way if I am harsh to them, but I do believe I will be fair.

If not me, then I would recommend overseasTOON or Jimiley, however I notice they are not night times, I tend to come on quite regularly, which is quite sad I must admit, so believe I will be able to keep an eye on things.

    Just offering my assistance :)

Seems me and you lead similar lives mate. I am up at 7am to take my dad to work so I can have the car during the day for uni, basically so I don't have to sit on a bus. I wonder if there is more than one position?

    Haha weird!<laugh>
I just take my lass so she doesn't have to walk (her work is about a mile away but it's over motorways and busy roundabouts - Newcastle at rush hour is one thing, Leeds is next level!).
Definitely think you should get it if there's just one, you're one of the longest serving on 606 and always posting, I'm more of an ever present lurking, but posting every so often - although the change of forum I have to say is getting me more addicted!

Already voted on the other post but just for the record here it is again.

    I vote Leazes for mod.
And ToonSi as backup or second if required.
And AG for Mackem mod obviously!

I agree, I love this forum already. It seems easier to handle. I can imagine Leeds being far worse, what you studying dude?

Creative Music & Sound Technology - bit of a mouthful!
I'm in my 3rd year and we've basically been told by the lecturers the industry is dying and we have no chance of getting jobs when we finish - amazing!
Think I'm going to do a diploma part time in Acoustics next year though as I just need a pass on my degree to get on - seems to be a lot of jobs going in that area.

Good stuff, shame about there being no jobs, it seems that will be the case for most of us. I am in my second year now and will be glad to leave at the end of my 3rd, paying over £3k a year to work from mid January to the 1st April, and then the end of September to the start of December, having 5 months off, is a joke. Glad I am getting out before they rise the fees.

Do you like living in Leeds? Do you get home often?
