After their midweek disappointments, have Mourinho, Pochettino and Wenger realised the folly of resting their best players for Cup matches and then finding them match rusty in the Premier League? It might be that Arsenal have just started their mid-season slump... Was a great run but shocking defending again by Arsenal. Coquelin is one of the worse players I've ever seen play for us and Wenger wants to offer him a new contract!Walcott, Monreal; Gabriel are useless as well. Wenger is to loyal to under performing players and has a blind spot when it comes to decent defenders.Time for him to move upstairs and a new man to come in with new ideas.Tis time for a change!
Romelu Lukaku does not look like scoring when I had him as my striker away at Palace, then bangs in four this week. Anybody seen Christian Benteke lately? Palace well and truly in the relegation scrap after getting stuffed by Sam’s old team, who were already in the relegation scrap. Once again, the relegation battle is starting to look more interesting than the title race. How long before Sky want a bottom four of the Premier League versus top four of the Championship playoff system like Super League? No surprise that once again the Gooners’ season is over before the middle of February: out of the Premier League title race, still in the European Cup but only for as long as it takes them to blow it; and talked about in terms of the FA Cup whilst they keep getting winnable draws. What price the Tigers at the Emirates next week?! Liverpool look like they are just playing out the fixture list. They may not even be the hunt for a Champions’ League spot. Change of manager = same old problems – woeful defence and dodgy goalkeeper.

The Tinkerman has had the vote of confidence. Will he get his P45 on Sunday night or will they wait until after the Sevilla game? I had expected The Tinkerman to last until Sevilla finished the job but the spineless owner sent one of his minions to give him his P45. They could be in the bottom three by Monday night, so who wants the job?
