Now, Fredor ... which leaps of Makem made up logic and fact-bending are you indulging in today? Back in the world of real facts ... All you could say is John Akinde (like Gayle) ...has on his own/individually/solo/etc scored more goals than the entire Sunderland team put together/collectively/combined. Which does seem to be the natural order of things ...As you will, no doubt, agree? That said..I do appreciate you pointing out yet another football player that is outscoring the entirety of the Sunderland team ..cheers So .... Akinde 14 goals ..Sunderland 12 Gayle 13 Goals ...Sunderland 12 Its very tight at the top of the individual striker vs Sunderland squads goals league this season, Gayle had better pull his finger out if he wants to claim top spot. (if you have any other individual strikers outscoring the entire Sunderland squad...do not hesitate to let me know and I will add them to the league. there might well be quite a few this season I have missed)
Here's a few more: Josh Morris - 14 Goals (Scunthorpe) Omar Bogle 13 Goals (Grimsby) Bubbling under: Billy Sharp - 12 goals (Sheff Utd) Matty Taylor - 11 Goals (Bristol Rovers)
Well that was an enjoyable Sunday afternoon.......... Coffee made - check Cigarettes ready for a nervous second half - check Stream loaded and working - check Two minutes to kick off and a knock on the door. The gas fitter turns up on a Sunday afternoon to do the annual landlord gas safety check. Annoying, but not a problem. It only takes half an hour so I'll still see most of the game. Two hours later I am signing some form to acknowledge that my gas has been turned off due to a small leak that he found. None of the game seen. No hot water. No central heating. Thank **** we're not in the middle of a cold spell.........
Boom Free Rent no? No Gas no charge! you cant be expected to pay full rent on a property with no hot water and heating. It's just the inconvenience of them coming back to find the leak! or re-route the pipework
No gas charge while it is off, but not so sure about rent. I won't be pushing it as the landlord has been good to me through the years. When I lost my job 5 years ago he reduced my rent!! The worst part is that it is an old house with ancient piping. He's coming back tonight (supposedly) but he will potentially need to lift all the flooring to find the leak. Not going to be easy to get much work done this week as my phoneline and router are directly under the gas boiler (no idea why).
And you think it was easy to arrange all of that to happen in the right order? #revengeontheavatarstealer
can't you find the leak yourself strike a match and you will find the leak and keep yourself warm while you wait, simples
You have electricity no? I would be buying 5 or more hot water bottles,. boiling the kettle filling them up and sitting in bed covered! other ideas to keep warm, jog on the spot? Maths debate's, put every item of clothing you have on, build a small fire?
