It won't last long it amazes me how fickle people are because lady season he was actually being laughed at.

He's found his level but as soon as he slips up the same arseholes will be on his case

Good for him I'd stick my fingers up at them personally

    I might be a **** but I don't boo

Rafa is going to start getting bored of winning soon.

Had McClown played da Gouf all last season we would have never been relegated.

We lost 3 because the Gouf wasn't there, and we were stuck in pre season. Wolves was a freak incident. None of these teams seem to be even trying, something weird is going on. I mean they put a passing move together about once per half, last two games the opposition has been shockingly bad.

Cudos to Rotherham, they gave us a proper game.

I'm in an Oxford pub this weekend and just saw a guy give a proper 'yes' at our and Norwich's result on the BBC.
There's Geordies everywhere feeling the buzz of Rafa's impact with the fat controller's non-interference.

    Excellent day.
Ps - Well done West Ham.

You've got to look at the Gouffran situation and say that's what a great manager can do. He was going to leave the club in the summer, his deal fell through, but he wanted out. It would have been easy for the player to be cast out and go through the motions in the last year of his contract but Rafa has made him feel part of the team and got the best out of him. Credit to the player, but credit to the manager too. I will say that I suspected a French clique over the last few seasons and certain players were bringing down the attitudes of other players in the squad. With those negative influences gone I think there are players like Gouffran who can start shining again.

Probably a 7/10 performance if that. Defensively we weren't really bothered at all. Going forward we had chances but our passing and crossing wasn't really good enough at times. Still, there were moments of class and that got the goals but Ipswich were pretty poor. We can sleepwalk through games like this and win if the opposition isn't at the top of their game. The difference in class is really starting to show through now. 3 points clear and on a roll. Now for a cup win on Tuesday and a nice quarter final draw.

When Ayoze's agent said that this lad does nothing but score goals, i didn't realise he was speaking literally!

I'm a fan of his, but I thought he was hopeless today - apart from sticking the ball in the net twice like!

And getting an assist. He, like a few others today, made some awful passes but I did think he looked a lot stronger on the ball and in the challenge, like maybe he was starting to get to grips with the physical nature of English football. Another dozen performances like that and I will be convinced.

Has anyone seen a replay of Perez's first half penalty shout? It looked absolutely nailed on from the Gallowgate.

I am reading that it was Gayle that was felled in the box. I thought it was Perez.

Either way Perez was due a performance like that. Now let's see him do it on a regular basis.

Yeah, I thought it was Gayle, but we were right up the back in the Gallowgate so assumed I had got it wrong. I'll settle for Perez being less skillful and scoring twice a week too.

Thought Shelvey was outstanding today - Championship suits him. He has a bit more time and gives him a chance to pick out a pass. Enjoyed the sight of your cock as well. Worth coming over for.
