Smallest settlement ever to host a League Football Team I heard. Nailsworth population is 5,800 approx. Ground capacity 5,100

A few years back it was made easier for "non league" teams to get into the top 4 leagues, was it Bath city? at onetime won the division but failed due poor ground/not in spec ground may have been someone else!
so now teams in the "5th division" have to have a ground suitable for "promotion, flood lights etc etc etc and toilets with cisterns and chains rather than hedge or spades!

Even more so when you consider just how many ex league teams are/were in that division.

Wow, that looks nice, and the 5000 residents of Nailsworth should have plenty of room in it.
Not sure about making it out of wood though - both a rot and fire hazard. Remember Bradford.
Also to be truly 'green' shouldn't they make it from stone, rather than killing some trees?
