Incredible to think of the horrendous run we've been on but we are still only 3 points off 17th. I think if we bring in Niasse, Evandro and a right back, we are in with a real shout. I'm genuinely excited for Saturday for the first time in quite a while.

I think Marco Silva is a very positive and exciting appointment, it's very unlike the Allams to make an appointment like this. But in fairness to them I think it's going to give us the best possible chance of staying up.

I'm still hoping it wasn't the Allams that made the appointment.

I'm feeling more confident of staying up. I quite like what he has managed to do in just two games with limited resources. We already look more of an attacking threat with a willingness to press the ball further up the pitch.

The new signings are clearly the managers. As Evandro is someone he has worked with previously and let us be honest Enob wouldn't have a clue who most of these are.

Defensive reinforcements are an absolute necessity and it's a shame we haven't managed to bring in a specialist RB/RWB for the game tomorrow.

I'm hoping in a couple of the tough games following Bournemouth at home we may be able to Spring a shock result - we're due one.

Then plough on to the end of the season. As long as we can get some points on the board and get the teams above us worried about us below them. It's also not inconceivable that a couple of other teams above go on a run that was as bad as ours!
