If you look at the time lapse pictures you can see that the front of the roof is more or less level with the Vic and Rookery roofs. I suspect that the depth is less because of the site restrictions. Part of the Rookery is the flats, and the GT stand has the concourse behind it. The new stand will have stalls beneath it at ground floor level as I understand it. The seating has leg room similar to the Upper GT and the rake is steep enough to give everyone a good view. Think it will be fine if you remember to take the sun glasses for afternoon games. ;)

No, but interestingly it shows my mate's car parked outside his house...

Wasn't that the state of the Rookery the morning after one of the early 90's games against L*t*n where they were "given" that stand?

Is it coincidence that this pic was taken almost 20 years ago to the day (well, yesterday) Frenchie?

Where did the away fans go whilst the Rookery was being built?

We home fans were in the Viccy Road end back then.

Good to see that the electrician knew what he was doing. The lights are on in the finished half.

Anyone got a photo taken from the new East stand of the rest of the stadium?
I have heard it is a good view.

Certainly looks that way - a bit like last season's away strip.

I think it may because they have some for of protective covering - don't know for sure but that is my guess

    Perhaps they're executive seats?

Looks as if the seats are the right colour. Still cannot work out why they keep missing the odd one out, there must be a reason.

Open training session today for the kids to go and watch. Should see what they are doing from the time lapse camera.

Are the seats delivered with the row and position numbers stuck on and the people fixing them down are only fixing the seats that arrive not broken in their correct position.

Looks as if the iris site has gone down. I did have a look at the players training when I came in for a break, but now there is no connection at all. Looked as if nearly all the seats would be in today.
