Loan dont count as a club. You are free to sell Stewart just as we are with Neil Danns The 2 club rule is only for permanent transfers in this country
Emergency loans don't count, but half season/season long loans do, so he can only go out on an emergency loan now.
Are you sure? I can't see anything in the FL Regs. All that I've seen is the FIFA reg which states that a player cannot play for more than 2 clubs in a season, irrespective of whether it's a loan or permanent move
100%. In this country loans dont count but in other countries they do. FIFA keep trying to get the FA to change it but they wont. Loans aren't as common across the world as they are here
The rules dont say anything about loans. Its player registrations being changed. When a player goes out on loan his registration doesnt get changed hence thats why we loaned Chris Wood for 1 day so that he could play against Huddersfield A player can change his registration a maximum 3 times in 1 season but he cant only play for 2 clubs during a season. Loans dont count
2 clubs thats his registration has been changed too. For example Say Chris Wood played for WBA at the start of the season and then went to Millwall on loan and then signed for us (He has since played for us). We could loan out Chris Wood and there would be no issue. If we sold him to say Hull, he wouldnt be able to play for them this season.
Nicky Shorey is on a collision course with FIFA because he played for his third club this season when he made his Fulham debut against Portsmouth on Wednesday. The world body are unhappy that English football continues to provide a loophole to avoid their transfer rules, which state that players can represent a maximum of two clubs in one season. The former England full back played for Fulham after signing on loan from Aston Villa, following an earlier nine-game spell at Nottingham Forest. But Shorey and Fulham are backed by the FA, the Premier League and the Football League, all of whom classify his time at Forest as an emergency loan. Asmir Begovic will also defy the three-club rule if he makes his Stoke debut against Blackburn tomorrow. The former Portsmouth goalkeeper went to Ipswich on an emergency loan earlier this season. A FIFA spokesman said: ‘FIFA are concerned about the system of emergency loans in general and have approached the Football Association on various occasions in the past regarding this. FIFA will be contacting them again in order to obtain clarification with regard to this issue. Generally speaking, and with regard to the application of the pertinent rule, ie. Article 5 Paragraph 3 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players, the regulation should be applied as stated. This rule dictates that a player can be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season but can only play for two of them — with the sole exception of a move between clubs with overlapping seasons. Emergency loans were introduced by the Football League to allow players to move outside of FIFA’s strict transfer windows and therefore help clubs avoid the expense of stockpiling larger squads. An FA spokesman said: ‘Emergency loans don’t count when calculating the number of clubs a player has played for as he remains under contract to his parent club.’ http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-probe-playing-club-season.html#ixzz2HJMgswox
2009-10 DJ Campbell played for us, Derby and Blackpool Paul Dickov played for us, Derby and Leeds Loans dont count at all as club. FIFA are trying to get the english FA to change it and they wont so from 2014(Or 2015) FIFA have scrapped the emergency loan window altogether to stop clubs doing it. Its still possible for you to sell Stewart

2009-10 DJ Campbell to Derby was an emergency loan and Paul Dickov probably got special dispensation as he'd only made one sub appearance for you.
You cant get special dispensation because you only made 1 sub appearance Care to have a go to explain the "career" of Trevor Benjamin?
I've no idea who he is, I've no idea about his career and I've no idea when the emergency loan system started. So no, I'd rather not have a go, thanks.
