It's often said that money follows success and that success does not necessarily follow money. Quality of management and quality on the pitch is the best formula. The chasm in quality between DC and LJ speaks for itself.
Its worrying for us that the league we want to get into (the championship), £5 million is pretty much a standard amount to spend these days! Some have said that Burton didnt spend last summer in the championship and they did well. But to be honest, I dont want to follow Burton and only just survive like City! I want to stay away from the dogfight!
Agree with that, but DC has a pretty good track record when it comes to getting a TEAM together with low cost players.
