Proper Townie, born at Sunderland General, lived in Bright Street next to Mowbray Park in City centre, then Town End Farm, Hylton Castle and most of my life in Castletown. Now live in Rothwell, Leeds

Born in West Boldon and moved to Cleadon in the early years. Sunderland was my fate & destiny like all the other drama and crisis that has followed my life.....lol.

No mate, there used to be a gang called the Boldon Blackies, don't know how the name originated like.

I was never a fighter....last time I had a fight it was over milk at the junior school.....lol. There was some tough lads who lived there though. The days of the skinheads they had quite a crew but at the time most places did.....happy days...lol. I remember in the 70's at the Sunderland games they used to be a lad called Sammy. Think he was from the town area became bit of a cult hero. At West Brom he ran straight across the pitch in the middle of the game right into their end....caused hell on...lol. Then at Leicester he nicked one of them hamburger stalls on wheels...madness. You any memories of that?

Played the London Club last year, little run across from Farnborough so not that far a day trip.
Born in Shields, then moved down south as my pa was in the navy. we moved back up in the late sixties when i were just an ankle biter.
Followed Sunderland as per my parents from when i was 8, went to the euro games myself.
For some un known reason i still follow them but very seldom get to the games now, will have to try harder.
