Match Day Thread MK Dons v Charlton Round 3

We need a new full back to replace Fox, a whole new 3 in the middle to replace Jackson/ Crofts/ Ulvestad..and a new striker to replace Ajose.

The above 5 are simply not good enough

 

Robinson is going to Belgium to tell Roland he heeds 2 midfielders and a winger. No mention of a LB. He must be intending to keep Phillips in goal when Rudd goes back. It seems a very modest list. Maybe he's sussed out Roland.

 

Fox was booed by some of our fans when the team was called out before kick off, the problem is that he is consistently crap week after week.

Surely a squad player at best.

 

At least you were lucky enough to see a cracking goal by Lookman before he gets sold on. You're supposed to be grateful.

 

Thanks for the report Royston. To be honest, the performance was pretty much a given. The win is a huge bonus.
The january market will be exciting-KR could well get his sacking pay off sooner or later on the back of it. The magic of the man seems to be something lost in the misty past, but the consensus was he had a tricky set of matches to kick off with. Time for a real upgrade of the squad.

 

To be fair to him he talks a good post match ..... but the team belieeeeeeved in themselves

 

Robinson is full of sh1t

When you play a team that doesn't have a shot at goal for 80 min - you tend to win.

We had some lovely sarcastic songs in the away end yesterday. "Ole, ole, ole" every time we strung 5 backwards passes together. " We've had a shot we've had a shot"...when we eventually managed one. And best of all,

"You're not fit to wear the shirt" when Roger Johnson came on. This was really loud and unmissable, as the atmosphere was non existent from their fans.
