Red Bull were doing this in 2010, but changed back to a more conventional layout after a few brake issues, I think it might've caused Vettel's brakes to stick in Monza which cost him a couple of positions. It will be interesting to see if Mercedes have any problems with it, the gains are pretty minimal. Edit: Here we go: please log in to view this image

I am sorry Bright, but this whole forum seems to be about ****ing Hamilton non-stop. Every thread, nearly every post.
The only other thing that's happened recently is Vettel/Alonso and discussion of that has petered out. It's the biggest news and he was only making a joke. We could do with bumping the testing thread perhaps? Also on topic, can't look into testing, blah blah blah, interesting that Mercedes might give a second chance to Brendon Hartley.
Eh? It took me ages to find what you were on about, EMSC. And BLS's comment is pretty innocuous! Surely you are testament to the tendency to focus upon one driver, just as AbGlo tends to focus on Vettel and ForzaF focusses upon Alonso? Surely you must allow for comments about other drivers who are relevant to the thread, even if you might personally prefer endless threads discussing Schumacher in a positive light?
There not getting too carried away by the updates; http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/102473
To say Michael Schumacher was watching the testing, may show that Mercedes are pretty desperate for success, before he leaves. -New exhaust and DDRS system with only 7 races left and no chance at a WDC. What is their target then?
A race win for Michael? Make sure they finish infront on Sauber? Convice Michael to stay or convince Lewis to sign?
