Watch manufacturer Tag Heuer will end its 30-year sponsorship of McLaren at the end of the season and switch to rivals Red Bull.
Can't really see Tag switching to Red Bull without assurances they have a good plan for engines. What's the betting Ron was asking for more money from Tag than previous as McHonda will be 'winning next year'
I liked your thread . Also a bit sad IMHO as TAG , was IIRC started by Mansour OJ ( cannot remember proper spelling ) . Closer to the final break up / conclusion of who has over all control of the McLaren group ?

McLaren finish fastest in the Pirelli tyre test with Vandoorne- oh the irony after all of the struggles this season! I've been thinking about the colour scheme for next year. With Chandon on board as a figurehead sponsor, will McLaren go for a champagne themed colour- maybe black with gold or green with gold, or even make the cars champagne gold, a little similar to the overalls? Black and red seems a bit weird to me.
