The club have exercise a clause in his contract that will keep him at Manchester United until 2018, I'm disappointed by this to be honest.
It's a strange world that sees us sell Schneiderlin and keep Fellaini. Mourinho clearly thinks he can get what he wants out of one but not the other.
I wouldn't say I was disappointed though. I would be if he was still picking Fellaini ahead of Carrick but he isn't.
Almost certainly just a sales tactic - his contract expires in the summer so he'd be off on a free. The extension is only a year so means we can still get some cash for him in July. If we actually planned on keeping him I think there would be a full new contract in the works, not just one extra year tagged on.
You come up with some strange theories. Have you not been watching us this season? And how many times Mourinho has used Fellaini. He preferred him to Rashford yesterday
Fellaini will leave in the summer and this means he won't leave for nothing - is no surprise that you are linked with proper strikers and DMs. As for why Mouriniho picked him over Rashford - this vid explains why: Am not saying that it is a bad thing but it is rather a shame when you have players like Rashford and Fosu-Mensah around.
Very true this. There are so many good young players at United, as LVG has proved, yet very few of them are going to get a look in, if any of them. Younger players tend to express themselves more on the ball, and I think this is why Mourinho ignores youth players so much. Mourinho likes to have a team of well drilled robots, who carry out there duties to exactly how he wishes. He never has and probably never will encourage any freedom in how his teams play. This is yet another big reason why we where wrong to sack Van Gaal, and wrong to hire Mourinho. As a club we have always relied on youth to achieve our biggest successes, as we have a strong academy and we regularly produce top level players. So those players are now going to be completely overlooked. Imagine if Mourinho had been our manager when the class of 92 was coming through. They'd of probably all been sold elsewhere
Someone else finally getting it!! If he genuinely believes this ****, the most clueless plastic ever. Otherwise, just a wind up and best ignored, no idea why anyone gets involved. Bell end of the highest order.
I haven't watched this **** but it doesn't explain anything the sort. The reason he threw Fellaini on and not Rashford was to carry out a tactic that ultimately worked. Not saying I agree with this but that's why, not because Rashford is young. Rashford has had plenty of opportunities under Mourinho.
Keep on contradicting yourself Chief Almost as amusing as this comment earlier How'd you know what it explains if you haven't watched it?
This kind of gives it away; Do you honestly think a dull illiterate prick like you is getting me upset? Really?
You've got a terrible ****ing temper Don't forget I want that pint I won bought for me in person in the Cheese
If I was ever in that area then I'd happily buy you that. Or indeed, should our paths cross in glorious Manchester.
