    Sensible planning, mate.

    Sky;

It looks like you're safe to move on to stage 2, mate. Providing the boozer isn't too far away..

Was your stage two getting some mates to carry you home?

I ran 3 miles this morning after 90 mins free weights and machines.

I have no intention of running any further than that

  5. The lads can see what you are trying to do and it isn't going to wash, Pix.

You are not going to weasel your way of this one so easily.

My name isn't Tyler, everyone knows that. Equally, everyone knows that I am not going to tell you my real name.

However, I am going to post proof of my medal. I may well throw some other items in there, as well, just for the sheer hell of it.

You've gone one scoff too far this time, Chuckles.

Not after I've funnelled it down your gullet, you won't, mate.

  6. 3 miles is a good compromise distance to keep decent fitness levels up.

Like a say, mate, I run to help maintain cardiac fitness. I don't particularly enjoy it, so I alternate with rowing.

I used to do 10k three times a week but I loved the rowing machine along with the step machine.

  14. I do, when I'm staying at hotels. I much prefer to run outside.

Yep, never run on tarmac or concrete. My knees are ****ed already and I don't need to damage them further.

I actually used the cross trainer this morning.

  17. I wouldn't know, Skids.

Do they have gyms in the lady-boy brothels you frequent? I would have thought that you'd be getting pumped in another way, altogether?

I couldn't tell you Tiny but I'm sure you could fabricate anything and believe yourself.

I've got a cross trainer but rarely use it.

I go to the gym because once you've made yourself go there's **** all else to do, so you just get on with it. At home, it's too easy to find some reason not to do it.
