Well a holiday in Ireland on the far west coast and the last thing I'd expect to find at the beach...
Sorry, he was a thoroughly unpleasant man. I won't celebrate his passing, but I certainly won't be joining in the platitudes.
Brucie was a fantastic host, and was brilliant with the public on his game shows. Never short of a catchphrase or two. Now waiting for the first cartoon depicting St Peter quoting "Nice to see you, to see you nice". RIP Bruce.
Ah well, for those of us who only knew the TV personality, he was a big part of childhood. Fair enough if you know different. There'll always be some that know or have seen another side. Believe it or not, there are some that don't think I'm a charming young man...
I am sad he has gone , but to say he was one of the great entertainers , is , IMHO , pushing it a bit . Friend at work had a golf day and Bruce was there , he ( Bruce ) treated my mate like a piece of **** , just banged on about Sammy D Junior .
Purdey's home , shaved all over the place ( They struggled to find a Vein ) . Leaflet says to keep the Cat in for 10 days( I am hoping it is a standard letter ) , no way on this planet will that happen !
Yep that'll be him! I never actually dealt with him on a professional basis, but have seen him socially - an arrogant, rude and thoroughly unpleasant individual. But I'll shut up now!
My other half funnily enough worked with him a couple of times and said exactly the same. I never met him and admired his talent, though if I had met him I may have felt different. He did though make me laugh on the TV and the Generation Game and Play Your Cards Right were staple Saturday nights when I was younger.
Yeah I know. You take your pet camel somewhere really remote and before you know it a bunch of grinning teenagers rock up for a selfie with it.
Here in Ireland the local family have asked all kids to paint on a rock for a cousin who has moved into a new house. Here is a small part of the collection. You'll never guess which one is mine
No, the moon faced chap in the front with the tattoos and odd red specs. I'm assuming a self portrait.
