    OK, I'm off to have an early night. But if you're here, and your sleep pattern has been disturbed from last night's thunderstorms, have a bit of an experiment with the ASMR video I wrote about last night [the whispered Russian speech]. You'll see whether you're susceptible to the 'tingles' as they call them. I can be in the right mood, but the situation has to be ideal. Usually this stuff just makes me really relaxed. But the volume has to be fairly low and it really helps to have bud earphones on and to be in a really quiet environment. And I wouldn't watch the video otherwise you won't completely relax. Anyway, have fun with it, and see how you go:

    What a great idea. I usually have a hot mustard and chilli sauce with my bangers and mash - that's a great way of serving it!!

    Mine too. It was one of the first albums I ever owned. I used to listen to it on my portable cd player on my walk to school. Those were the days!
