Rarely go to London...the barrier machines let you through using a debit card. Easy peasy.....as long as you remember to use the same card to leave the station....otherwise you get charged for the day.

Darwin's Evolution theory was one of the greatest steps forward by mankind. It replaced accepted myths that explained the evolutionary world around us before there was research and data enough to come up with an accurate explanation. It isn't evolution theory that should removed from the curriculum, but the myths that proceeded it. There is very little belief, if any, required in evolution theory. Where it doesn't know it admits it. It doesn't try to gloss over. This is the very basis of scientific thought. Science strives to eventually explain everything, but where it doesn't know or isn't definitive it states "as far as we know". Nothing is fixed. Everything is open to criticism. Surely that's the only way if mankind is to out grow the myths that has propped civilisations up for centuries. Let's stand on our own feet, rather than be emotionally and morally cosseted by little more than fables and fairy tales.

I once asked a Jehovah's Witness to explain dinosaurs and other fossils. His answer...God planted them in the ground to test our faith. Nice to know that God's a bit of a prankster.

Watching Craig David at Glastonbury and he's all in white apart from his jacket lining which is red. OK, so I'm probably reading too much into it but is he in red and white because he's a Saints fan? :)

A woman has twins and gives them up for adoption. One of them goes to a family in Egypt and is named “Ahmal.” The other goes to a family in Spain; they name him “Juan.” Years later, Juan sends a picture of himself to his birth mother. Upon receiving the picture, she tells her husband that she wishes she also had a picture of Ahmal. Her husband responds, “They’re twins! If you’ve seen Juan, you’ve seen Ahmal.”

Car ploughs into a crowd of people where celebrations to mark the end of Ramadan were taking place. :(

Police not treating it as terrorism, seems to be a terrible accident.

Just watched Ed Sheeran absolutely smash it at Glastonbury.

Don't like all his stuff but no doubting the guy is a seriously talented musician.*

Are there many better solo artists out in the mainstream right now? Not for me...

*I don't use that word lightly, too few actual musicians around now in mainstream.
