Picked a great film after watching upto 50 odd minutes of the Europa Final. I've seen it before , but The Theory of Everything is such a delight. Such beauty in the science and the story. Everyone acts his or her head off. And Eddie Redmayne literally reduces himself to becoming Stephen Hawking. It's quite uncanny. Far better than watching a game of football involving the team who fortunately beat us with help from the officials. They weren't exactly luckless this evening, from the amount I watched. Thankfully, Owen Hargreaves pushed me towards better, more enlightening entertainment.
David Sullivan, a largely detestable man has done a good thing. Peanuts to a billionaire but even so, fair play. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/west-ham-co-owner-david-10488854

Beefy, he's a horrible man, but when horrible people do something good, we need to accept it for what it is. Yes, he's milking it, but at least he's done it.
Not saying it's a bad thing he did it. I am saying he did it for the wrong reasons. I am far more proud of the average person coming together and raising over £100k for the guy through donating anonymously.
I'm about 75% sure I gave that guy some change on Saturday. I was a bit drunk though so I can't really say I'm super benevolent.
https://uk.yahoo.com/news/rufus-hou...le-manchester-terrorist-attack-091120543.html Rufus Hound suggests that the Manchester bombing is a conspiracy between Theresa May and MI5. Should be ashamed of himself for headline grabbing at a painful time. Nut case.
