Proud of everyone tonight. Maguire Huddleston Snodgrass Also really impressed with the little adjustments Silva makes within the game.
1.Snodge, simply everywhere, can fault him defending, but that's not what he's there to primarily do. 2. Jak, saved it from being the usual 4/5-0 when Marshall is in goal 3. Meyler, played very well out of position The rest. Hudds, did nothing wrong & nothing right, played well. Robbo, usual from him, going forward, good, defending he was a bit suspect, but cut out enough to not cause too much problems. Tymon, looked good, hopefully not a major injury. Harry, marauding forward, just look like a hero. I really hope we can keep him long term. Mason, his best performance I've seen, still not great, but 100% improvement on any other game he's played. Henriksen, looked good, same as Mason, but hopefully not a major injury, but worrying. Sam, another all action game, can't buy a goal though. Dio, his header was never offside, not that it matters, amazing how the same linesman saw that offside at least 10 seconds after the move had ended, yet missed Mata's foot way offside. Abel H, ALONE, can't fault his efforts, they knew not to give him space. Maloney, looks a really good player, I just don't see him getting a game if we had enough players. His injuries have really screwed up a good career. Weir, came on.
Harry Tommy and Snoddy were on their summer holidays. The boys had had so much fun in their first week off, but like all little boys, they eventually felt bored with things in the 'City' and decided to go somewhere else. "But where shall we go?" said Harry. "London to see the Queen" said Snoddy. "**** off Snoddy, I've been there before and it's a ****hole" said Tommy. To be continued...
Maguire-- looked quality Huddlestone Robertson Henriksen looked good for the short period he was on the pitch....Dio out of his depth
Only saw second half so no official vote, from what I saw Maguire once more looks like the ball playing defender ma y top teams seem to desire, great game against top opposition
Huddlestone Jakupovic Meyler Thought Snodgrass blew a bit too hot and cold to make the top 3. Maguire was great at the back but constantly smashed the ball off the sides or lofted it towards their keeper when there wasn't always a need to, so he just misses out. Clucas and Robertson miss out by a nats cock.
1. Huddlestone 2. Meyler 3. Clucas Thudd and Meyler for playing particularly well outside their normal positions against decent opposition. Mason also looked a fair bit better than previous times I've seen him.
Maguire Huddlestone Meyler Honourable mention for Tymon - playing out of position, at Old Trafford, with his level of experience, turned in a great performance
Maguire Huddleston Mason Special mention Shoddy, myler, Robertson, And clucas... Dio, try as he might, is not Prem quality... His first touch Is generally a tackle....
Maguire Snodgrass Jak Yes Jak let two in but some of his saves were more than ones Marshall could just have dropped on. Huddlestone did well but if Fellaini had been on from the start and up front it would have been over by halftime.
