    You are aware that football existed before the premier league and that the PFA have been having a team of the season since the 1973/74 season?

    Man Utd still have the most nominations with 96 players included in the 44 teams that have been named, Liverpool have had 67,Arsenal 65, Tottenham 40 and Chelsea 36
