According to Neil Adams on Canary Call................. New manager to be decided upon this week, and Zola has entered the frame today as well - apparantly
If there is an announcementat end of week then I'd say this. It won't be Neil Adams It won't be anyone involved in Play offs Its unlikely to be anyone presently employed The interviews have probably already been done They must already have someone pretty much sewn up to be sure of an announcement I cannot see it being anyone other than Mackay.
I don't think our board would see him as a fit though It certainly would make it a very interesting summer for players, fantastic to follow the next 3 months.
It will one of the following, in this order (fact) Malky - this is where my money would go tonight Zola Lennon - Currently employed Sherwood - Currently employed Adams I too do not see NA getting the job, but may well be higher up the hierarchy, to be groomed for the future.
Can't see it being anyone but Malky either, Carrabuh's logic looks spot on. At least the new man will be in control of the club with plenty of time to make decisions on the current squad and what changes are needed. I think Malky is capable of guiding us to the play-offs at the very least.
I would have said the same about pulls, but he went to palace and the football is pretty good to watch.
People around me were saying (i sit river lower) Malky has been staying at a local hotel for the last 2 days & was at the match today, how true i don't know.
