Off Topic Mafia Game 14th November Mafia V vamps

Good game MITO. Ignore the whingers and whiners. Had my rant on the dead board. Enjoyed it whilst it lasted.

 

Thas ok, we got our first wish by getting rid of you day 1

 

I wasn't sure about the neutral roles. The Arsonist could basically have revealed himself on day one and been left alone by everyone for the entire game as he couldn't be killed or bitten and only needed to kill bad guys, not town to win. He would have been practically considered a known town through the whole game. Think it needs tweaking somehow if it is to be used again.

And the executioner, once he had managed to complete his task could basically just do what he wanted for the rest of the game... I suppose there is something interesting about that as he could just randomly mess stuff up. I had considered openly asking the neutral roles to side with the Mafia once I was outed to give us enough votes to just kill off town each night but went down the arsonist claim route instead.

I'd quite like to try a two Mafia team game again, though that might just be because the vampire failed to make any kind of team so there were no links to look for in the second bad team in this game.

 

In an alternative world, you are stuck in jail forever...

Order of actions:

1. Lynching occurs

2. Jailer acts Obi arrests Astro

3. Vampire acts

4.Mafia acts mafia kill Obi

5. Vampire hunter acts

6. Recruitment occurs

7. Investigations occur


So in my world you spent the whole game (weekend included) locked up with nobody to release you - meaning you were totally immune to all attacks, dousing, bites, recruit, etc. And...are still there.

 

agree after I revealed my role I was left alone, just sat back and watched and voted, however it was very fortunate that things went my way so early, would have been more interesting if that had not happened

 

The problem with having so much time on your hands is you looked for a #conspiracy to imagine the known innocent and person able to defend against recruitment was somehow recruited

 

You should have just ****ed around after that try to cause as much mayhem as possible

Thanks MITO for a great game. Don't retire from the mafia games. It'll mean I'll actually have to get on with some work during the international breaks

 

I wanted Tobes, but I was drunk and the QT board wasn't working properly for me that night so missed the opportunity to tell AFC. The next day the batard admitted he was the Sheriff (I didn't know 100%) and outted me. @Solid_Air 2 did a grand job and went right to the end on his first game. Cheers MITO again for your efforts. Made the last week or so bearable!
