Tom Lockyer has today been confirmed as a member of the 23-man Wales senior squad to take on Serbia in this weekend's World Cup qualifier. Congratulations Tom, very well deserved.
I thought he did well to get a call up to the big squad that Wales announced. A nice taster for things to come for him. But to then make the 23 man squad is fantastic. He must have made a good impression in the last week!
Up until the when Sweeney joined. But after Sweeney arrived.... Lockyer was much better. Thats why I think we should trying to re-sign him.
Lockyer didnt get on the pitch but this experience would have been great for him to stay focused for us to get himself back in the Wales set up again.
Tom is still young he can only if he works hard get better just training with international quality players can only help him to improve
