    Sadly, for once, I am in complete agreement with you. I had hoped for a different outcome, but it is beyond predictable now. The long anticipated and, by many, demanded changes are now inevitable. Dismally, I am realising that Wenger, however grateful I am for all he has done for this club, has now to accede his throne for someone who has better ideas and can motivate this spineless bunch, or replace them with players who can show some spirit. This has been a sad season in many ways, two defeats in the next two home games-nothing in football is impossible- will surely be the end. With clear 20/20 hindsight, it is now obvious that he has gone on two seasons longer than he should have. He deserves a better ending to his reign.
