What should Arsenal do if Alexis will not sign a contract?

    a) Sell him with 12 months left?
    b) make him stay another year and let him go for free?

If he were to leave...where could you see him go?

You will pay whatever he demands otherwise he can walk to a premier league rival for free. Chelsea and City would sign him in a heart beat.
Can't imagine him going back to Spain .

If he refuses to sign I would do everything to make sure he goes to Italy....Juventus or Napoli.

But I HOPE he signs. Damn he is good!!

You couldn't make him go anywhere though. In my opinion Arsenal give him what he wants or he sees out his contract. He will get a massive signing of fee and huge wages if he sees out his contract and joins another club on a free.

Give him whatever he wants. He's worth it.

He also seems really happy at Arsenal too <ok>

Same goes for Ozil. Give the two of them whatever contract we need to keep them at the club. They are both capable of being really influential and if we can keep hold of them and continue to add to the squad (which will be easier with these two signing new contracts) then we have a lot to look forward to.

With Bellerin signing a long term deal hopefully Cazorla will get a contract extension too. These four players are a level above most of the others we have.

If you sell him in the summer you kind of can.
I guess offers will come in from all over the world and accept only those from abroad. I.e juventus

Ozil has far lesser options, actually pretty much nothing other than moving to rivals but alexis was previously courted by Juventus whom we refused and the fee was too weak anyways, they then go buy gonzalo for bonkers money, maybe its the bayern strategy of weakening rivals at the same time and talking about bayern, they are interested in him too very much to replace aging robbery duo and get a worldclass winger in,they couldnt match city for the de bryune fee so both these teams will jump in if he does not sign a contract and the best we could do is maybe get a player in exchange, straight swap and he can also walk to any of our rivals but yes he wont be going back to spain.

This makes sense. Obviously I would like him to leave as it will weaken you but in football terms I wish players could realise that an extra 30 or 40k a week means **** all when you are already on 100k a week plus sponsorship money.
Not a dig at arsenal players...they all seem the same.

It end up being an extra 100k,both of them are on 140k and 135k,we would easily go till 200k for both and ridiculously walcott is on 140k on par with ozil by the way..but they would want 250k,unless we starting winning the big competitions like domestic title and go to semis regularly in the cl it might be tough on is,the paradox here is if we actually win ****.. they might lower their wage demands, unlike being used like pieces of meat like at real or barca, they are comfortable and well settled here, they love us and we love them..its a matter a of trophies if not we have to give them anything they want and it will have a knock on effect on the rest of the squad..this season's trophy count is pivotal.

If actually ramsey performed like 13/14 and theo like 12/13 for what they got upgraded contracts,we wont be here..we would be over the line and Ozil and Sanchez would be sealed by now.

Ozil needs a lesser pressure environment to work his magic,i really think either we win and he sets himself at 200k or we dont and he will sign for a higher fee..in the end he is staying and we wont let players leave on wages,we might negotiate till the end a la wenger to get the best deal but thats about it for we are not handicapped like during the banter era.

Sanchez might jump ship,he is a guy who can perform anywhere and hits the ground running..he is very adaptable to new environments and he is in bloody demand as well...he is the beast we have to satisfy big time.

Well Sanchez has allegedly been avoiding taxes. Greed seems to be prevalent in all players as you stated, sadly.

Neymar and messi and mascherano, they probably have the same dealer..and its more of a club thing or that specific club environment thing..if this goes on for a while arsene will put his footdown, just pay the **** and be done with it.

Maybe all these players were sucked into the same agent and they thought he was a good accountant and using all the breaks possible.

    Are you kidding me?

At the peak of his powers with historic honours with the chile side if he leaves us he will try to make a step up and that seems to be only Juventus and Bayern,in the premiership it would be city..Chelsea have loads of wingers, amfs and strikers..why the **** would he go to intermilan who wont even be making the champions league next season?

Offer him £230K, and if Alexis does not accept that, sell him in the summer for 40+ ml and use the money to lure Draxler.

He will have one year left on his contrqct, who would pay 40m even let alome more,Van Persie when he was the best striker in the world and in his prime, just off the bqck off winning the player of the year in england would only fetch above 20m from united and we only got 24m including the addons since he won the premiership.

Draxler really? Sanchez will get us close to 30 goals a Season. Draxler cant replace that kind of quality.

The only decent options would be Reus or Griezmann.

Again, the ineptitude of Arsenal when it comes to contracts is beyond belief. This should've been wrapped up in the summer time. We haven't learned anything from the RVP saga.

Do not worry,it is the last cycle, all others are tied down pretty well, just look at the likes of Bellerin etc
