OK, so we've heard about plenty players we're not interested in and I can add a few to that. I can confirm we're not interested in Rooney, Ronaldo and Bale.

So now we know who we're not interested in, who the hell are we interested in?

 

Sometimes silence can be good as our competitors would not be alerted about our targets. However as fans it is damn frustrating not to have anything to get our teeth into.

Ffs even the Wurzels are getting in early signing O 'Neil and openly talking to Bournemouth about Grabban.

Trollope being in France is clearly not helping.

I know he is a Cardiff lad but he is one of my least favourite players who has always seems to take pleasure in putting one over us. His reaction following his goal for Birmingham in the last game of the season being a prime example. Added to which he is an ex-Jack, ex-Wurzel and ex-Sheffield United player. Don't like him and don't rate him.

I must remember to speak my mind next time and not hold back!!!

I don't care how bendy he is, will he score goals?

Young enough, but is that what we need. Not another 'one for the future'. I understand that a utility player is an asset if you're trimming the squad and he will provide wing cover but I hope he isn't seen as the answer to our goal scoring needs.

Worth a punt if we can get him for a decent fee. Doesn't look like his wage demands will be too high.

 

Not earth shattering. 4 goals and 6 assists in 26 appearances last season. Some on loan before signing for Boavista.

I cant help but feel that we are dropping further behind out competitors. Some interesting signings being made whilst our manager is away with the national squad.

 

Lennie is due to come back. Maybe he'll be in charge while Trollope is away.

I really hope Coleman blows him out from any further involvement after this competition.

 

Its great to see the country doing so well and being recognised on the biggest stage. I really hope our new manager is the secret mastermind behind it all. I just wonder why he hasn't left behind a list of targets he would like to be in place when he comes back.

 

Doesn't fill me with confidence that any prospective players aren't being actively scrutinised by our manager he can't do it all by tablet or phone; he needs to be with the targets. I read he has certain targets in mind; he needs to be active.

Big guy at 6 ft 3 ins. Hope he can head a ball unlike Zohore. Good goalscoring record, one every other game since 2012, albeit in a not very good league.

Benin international as was Gestede.

Not sure what to make of this after the likes of Saadi & Zahore.
Was hoping for a known 20+ goal a season man at this level.

 

We can't afford a proven 20+ striker, they're worth £7-10m at current market prices. We need to take a punt and try to uncover a hidden gem.........
