Think this just shows how watching the game on telly distorts the view.
The wind was gusting and you could tell it affected the players.weds clearly got their tactics wrong and played it up to the front guys.rhodes could not handle it and his penalty was placed low because of the wind.
Lets give credit to the players for toughing it out.weds will not win the play offs in this sort of form.

Have to disagree with your comments on watching the game on telly Wakey, which surprises me considering how often you watch games on telly or net.

I personally can't see how watching a game on telly distorts the view, there are different camera angles, close ups, zoom in's and replays, a luxury someone at the game doesn't have unless seeing it on big screen, even then it depends how far away they are.

Fans watching play at the other end of ground are disadvantaged because the ball and players are smaller to the eyes, whereas those watching it on telly/net can watch close up play via the cameras, a much needed modern day technical accessory for those of us who can't get to matches, for whatever reason/s.......

 

They didn't miss their penalty, it was heading into the corner but was brilliantly saved by Green.

 

But lover had better view of it cos he saw it on telly.then on his highlights thread he says rhodes hit the post .then he concedes it was a save.so tell me this if you can see better on telly how did you miss it first time round on sky.then on your own highlights again you deny it was a save.we were in the east stand and clearly saw the save.

I may watch games on the internet but i do go as well and when i do i take my glasses .no **** fella on some days i can see the feckin moon.
