Fulhams saving grace is our form, we really do have what should be 6 comfortable points. I know teams at the bottom are battling for survival but you still need a bit of quality. Burton won today but the defending was woeful by Birmingham. I can't see you beating Huddersfield as they are chasing an auto but who knows. I'm hoping it is whichever two win on the last day, if we're all within a point of each other your last game will just be who doesn't bottle it. Either way, Huddersfield or Newcastle will be hard to beat in the finals.
I think you have the toughest run in but I think 6th spot is between us and the Wendies A few twists and turns to come yet, but our overall performances need to get better, its still in our hands
Apology accepted. I used the word 'we' once, as far as I can see. Perhaps you can highlight the other for me? I'm afraid I didn't get your joke. Perhaps you could enlighten me? (My little joke was to give you a referendum for your article 50). And more importantly, you've completely missed the main question. I'm assuming it's deliberate, but perhaps you're just thicker than some of the chaps are assuming. So, are you going to ignore post #370, or are you going to try to rescue some credibility by giving your expert opinion on how I got it wrong? 'We' wait with bated breath.
So Jansson does it again. Runs upfield with the ball, loses it, and instead of the usual yellow card he gets trying to retrieve it, we lose a goal as the defence is all over the place thanks to him. That's 2 in a row now. He's becoming another Bamba & needs his arse kicked. The ref didn't help either. He was an absolute shocker. * We had 3 shouts for a penalty, 2 of which were nailed on. * At one point insisted it was a goal kick when his (better sighted) linesman flagged for a corner (and interestingly left his flag pointing there for longer than he should have, to indicate his displeasure). * Wood got a foul awarded against him for not jumping for the ball and getting elbowed in the neck. Breathtaking mistake by the ref. * Ref fooled by Wolves players collapsing in heaps on a regular basis. Cue miracle recoveries and relapses. No-one even near one of them that went down. * Further fooled by slow motion substitutions. * Ref quick to book Leeds players, and embarrassed into booking one of theirs. * Ref & linesman failed to notice Wolves placing the ball about a foot outside of the corner angle. Had to be assisted by the crowd & Leeds players. On the upside, I would have sent off Bartley. It was the only timeI embraced the ref's incompetence.
Pontus did his best to get himself booked by arguing with the ref after a deliberate foul. When that failed he kicked the ball away and still didnt fet the booking. Bridcut had another shocker. Dropped way too deep, which pulled hernandez back. You would have thought we winning rather than chasing the game. Very poor, and i think our threadbare squad is knackered. On the upside it migbt cost cellino £1mill.
I thought they were mostly all off the boil. Green has pass marks, as has Bartley and Wood. Roofe wasn't too bad & at least tried his heart out. Of the subs, I was impressed by both Taylor & Doukara when they came on. They look like starts to me for the next match. Sacko? I'd rather have Shako. He can cross better. Pace? Just put a pint of cider at the bye-line & no-one would catch our Shaks!
Just checked - it's mathematically impossible for us to drop another place, so won't be taking up your kind offer, Chesh.
