Well done Leeds good luck in the next round etc etc , you are surely back where you belong as one of the World's greatest teams and will no doubt be battling Man U for the title next season. The second hand yacht salesman you have in charge seems like a thoroughly decent chap with the club's best interest at heart etc etc.
But at least they are at game so their opinions are well worth listening to. If we can't believe them, who should we believe
Jonny Howson hasn't exactly set our place on fire....we got rid of the best one Bradly Johnson. We let you have Adam Drury!!!!!
Terribly sorry old bean maybe if you complain enough they will just give them to you without being in the Premier league for another 12 years , very unfair of us to keep going up and down every few years .
I watched a live stream, it was bloody awful. Would have said the same if we'd won, absolutely dire standard of football.
Weird, you'd expect two championship reserve teams to put on a brilliant performance. Either way, we continue our momentum. On a serious note, I don't understand why you guys thought it'd be an easy game at Elland Road when we have been in good form for a reasonable amount of games now. It's only the first few games of the season that mean we are sitting where we are in the league. Hopefully same result in a couple weeks when we meet again
Oh. We lost? Who'd have thought it?! I went to bed before Extra-time. Meant I could have a nice night. This morning's been ruined, but then I do have work anyway...
So once again our inability to beat a team in the top half of the Championship shines through (not to mention the inability to hold on to a lead.) Does not bode well seeing as the majority of our games to come before the end of December are against such teams.
Well done to Leeds. Coming back twice from a goal behind, playing extra time with a man short and then keeping their nerve in the pens showed a bit of bottle - something we clearly lack. Something doesn't seem quite right at the club. We have players who, young uns and Klose, Wes, Cam and Pritchard excluded, don't appear to be bothered. Indifferent performances, an anonymous CEO, a Chairman who cavorts about on a Saturday night like a drunken buffalo and a Manager who appears to recognise the failings but does little to put them right as they happen again and again. Beginning to feel a bit concerned now.
<hitsnailonheademoticon> BRILLIANT post OCF and AN really has to get things back on track and QUICKLY before we drop out of the top 6. I was a fan of AN, but his team selection for the last few games has left me (and I'm sure others) a bit bewildered!!!
Same as you JM. His team selection has become a concern for me. What the eff has Brady done this season to be guaranteed an automatic starting spot. From being a staunch fan of him I have now reached a point of ambivalence. But who worthwhile is available to replace him? Robinson would be a gamble. If a change is to be made, it must be sooner rather than later.
