Its not waiting for a better offer that is the issue. Its the level of money involved. Its about time wage caps were introduced and that some of the
tv money generated was filtered down through the game to the grass roots.

Thing is it's impossible to do. Who decides what the wage cap is? Based on what? All of the talent will just go abroad if it's paying higher. I admire the sentiment but it's impossible, not to mention most likely illegal.

Well for one they won't be overpriced. And underskilled is entirely opinion.
