This wasn't Arsenal's only humiliating performance, thought, was it?

At least, this time, they managed to pass the ball around, and even grab a goal. A few seasons back, against Barca, they were not quite so fortunate, and mustered no shots on goal, and conceded about 80% of the possession to Barca. That, for me, was probably the most humiliating performance I have seen from any club in Europe, ever.

I think LCFC will give Seville a half-decent game before crashing out to them, so I cannot see Arsenal's debacle performance against Bayern being topped in this competition. If, by some miracle, LCFC do managed to scrape through to the next round, I imagine theirs could well end up being the worst performance.

Of course, we'll never know how Chelsea would have crashed out of the CL, since they weren't good enough last season, by a very long chalk, to get anywhere near Europe, let alone the CL.
